The documented election crimes that go without investigation or prosecution continue. Consider evidence photographed during the Otero County, New Mexico election audit. In an article previously published at TheCReport.com (currently down) of the same title, the Otero County, New Mexico 2020 election audit revealed an unauthorized ballot drop box located in neighboring Dona Ana County warehouse. The findings were presented in the May 9th, 2022 Otero County Commissioners hearing:

Perhaps the most egregious discovery about the way Dona Ana County Clerk Amanda Askin runs elections came when a friend of Erin Clements visited the County Warehouse where a huge drop box was found outside in the back of the warehouse. This appeared to be an unofficial drop box because it was filled to the top with absentee ballots and is not listed on the official absentee drop box map. The unofficial drop box was labeled "Drop Off Box for Dona Ana County Clerk's Office." It is estimated between 3,000 and 5,000 absentee ballots were contained inside the drop box. 

 

This unofficial drop box was not secured and there was no surveillance to monitor activity. Fact checkers will say, just as the Otero County Clerk claimed during the Commissioner's hearing on the audit findings, that the bin was simply a storage space for all these ballots, but there was no chain of custody for over 8000 ballots, nor is it lawful to store ballots in an unsecure location with no surveillance protection.

 

On April 29, 2022, Erin Clements sent a public records request to the Dona Ana County Clerks office asking for surveillance footage of this unofficial drop box, and the response is alarming. The County Clerk's office acknowledged in their response that this drop box "was not a secured container as defined by NMSA §1-6-9(!)." The photographic evidence, coupled with the admittance of the unlawful existence of this drop box in Dona Ana County, New Mexico is outrageous!

This is documented evidence of election crimes in Dona Ana County, New Mexico and warranted an investigation and accountability. This was an unsanctioned ballot drop box found at the back of a county warehouse in the middle of nowhere. But the time has come and long since gone when people in the county could prove their case based on physical evidence as the ballots have been destroyed.

These types of elections crimes can only be stopped with an active citizenry ready to engage relentless to ensure our elections are run properly and in accordance with the law. We are fortunate those who ran and participated the Otero County, New Mexico 2020 election audit uncovered such tactics as unsanctioned drop boxes. Protectors of our elections must remain ever more vigiltante until we can end mass mail-in voting schemes and wreckless absentee ballot mailling. And we must support those who fight to secure our elections in court because those who step into the legal battle represent not only their vote but the vote of every community member and fellow American. The Great Votescam of 2020 has only served to enliven the hounds of election fraud again. The hunt for accountability thick as the stolen will of the people. 

Perhaps one of the notorious examples of the vulnerabilities of election voting machines currently in use in our elections was on display during an episode of Conservative Daily. While this was not evidence of whether or not Dominion voting machines altered the vote, it is evidence that Dominion voting machines can be hacked and how. The video evidence they demonstrated during a live broadcast should at the very least place a moratorium on litigation against the defendents in the Dominion voting systems defamation cases until a thorough cyber forensic investigation into the machines and their electronic digital records can be examined in states elections in question. Something occurred a while ago that should have taken note among the various alternative and independent news agencies in America. But it didn’t. The seemingly long belabored topic of election integrity coupled with the sacrilegious discussion of voting machine security went unnoticed. Perhaps it’s unfair not to say some had seen what they thought they’d seen before. A look back at the Antrim County, Michigan case from 2020 shows numerous similarities. Matt Deperno’s team was able to prove that Dominion Voting Systems, the machines used by the voters of Michigan in the 2020 election were vulnerable and that were there a bad actor with access to the machines the elections could be rigged. In the video, Jeffrey Lendberg whom we have also seen testify in the 2022 Otero County, New Mexico election case, demonstrates how a voter would never know the machine is vulnerable to attack. The truth, the fact every major media outlet, anti-American politician, judge, attorney, voter and businessman seems to ignore is the simple fact that the machines can compromise the vote of the people.

In the era where voting machine systems and those that own and manufacture them are sacrosanct as punishable by massive fines ordered by traitor courts that do not work for the people nor the preservation of these United States of America, on the internet broadcast Conservative Daily, audience members saw a group of patriotic Americans making another pitch to the American people about the security of security in our elections. In the OAN video Mr. Lendberg seems to share with us a method of rigging the vote by way of accessing some backdoor file pages and changing some numbers. Viewers of the Conservative Daily Show witnessed a similar example at the head of the presentation. The difference between the two presentations is an expanded understanding of how the voting system machines currently in use across these United States of America are not only vulnerable to corruption but were designed to give corruptibility to any individual who knew how to access the imbedded vulnerabilities. But Americans would never know because the voting machine companies, the courts and the anti-American politicians will not let us see the source code.

Designed to Rig: Demonstrating the Numerous Access Points Built into Dominion, ES&S and Hart InterCivic Voting Systems

Presenting the machines built-in access points on the Conservative Daily broadcast was a computer tech analyst named Mark Cook. Mark Cook was invited to investigate the Mesa County, Colorado Dominion Voting Systems machines used in the 2020 election. A copy, or an image, of the 2020 Dominion Voting System and database which included all data collected and retained from the 2020 election and other elections, had been made by then Mesa County Clerk, Tina Peters. Sharing with the audience the many methods one may use to manipulate an election via the software illegally installed on the voting system themselves, as well as the many means by which one may physically access these methods, one asks the question: were these machines created to make it easy to manipulate elections? Because there were so many ways to exploit the system should one way be sleuthed out didn’t necessarily mean it was the way the system was exploited.

The physical evidence shared on Conservative Daily should cause more than alarm. As I will share at a later point, this is a smoking gun, however the fingerprints on that gun may have been erased. As stated above, evidence of election fraud has literally been streaming at the American people since 2020 but the signal has been suppressed not only by the Lame Stream Media, but by the corporate-political, social-industrial complex. Mark Cook showed several different ways that the Dominion Voting System could be physically violated in order for a perpetrator to manipulate an election without evidence of the act ever taking place. The question of whether or not an election was rigged and stolen because of these machines is NOT important, the fact that IT IS POSSIBLE should cause county clerks from across these United States of America to suspend the use of ALL election voting machines systems immediately.

The first Red-Flag as presented is the inclusion of illegal-for-election-machine software not certified to be on an election system by way of SQL Management Studio. The software is known to be vulnerable, opening backdoor access to election data that can be used to read and manipulate the vote. Let the record reflect this uncertified software is installed by Dominion Voting Systems prior to shipping as disclosed by Mark Cook on Conservative Daily.

Viewers are next presented with a system by which a program can be delivered to the machine system that will run automatically and in seconds with no program log recording its presence or the changes the program ran may have made to the election data.

1. The USB Drive

In a video demonstration, Mark Cook shows how easy it is to use a USB Drive to manipulate the vote. In it, Cook asks Conservative Daily host Joe Olstein to insert a USB drive into the computer that houses the Dominion election system software. When that happened, an automatic program ran that accessed the backdoor through the system and altered the election data—the votes. In this case, it flipped the vote. Any number of individuals in any number of roles with any motive could easily rig an election. Even an unsuspecting clerk can be told USB drives are simply used to transmit data and unknowingly participate in election crime. In the event there is protection software to guard against exploitation by USB drive, it has been discovered this measure can be overridden if the malicious USB drive contains code that cause it to appear to be a keyboard to the Voting Machine System. As we will discuss further at another time, USB drives were all but ubiquitous during the 2020 election season. The question is where have the USB drives vanished to and what programs were on them?

In another shocking example, Mr. Cook showed how the USB Drive could not only emulate a keyboard, but also has a built-in wireless access point. He connected his cell phone to the network the USB drive was connected and was able to load the interface to the Dominion Voting System image he was using to demonstrate the hack. He loaded values into data centers for the election results, clicked “run” on his phone and ran a program on the voting machine from his cell phone. Any criminal perpetrator of election crimes could potentially access and manipulate election results from their cellphone.

2. Phone Cords

While it was not demonstrated, it was explained that a phone cord plugged into a voting machine system could also be used to deliver the package of malicious software or run a malignant program all of which could subvert the vote/will of the people in place of the preference of the programmer that rigged the election. Whether the program was delivered through a rigged phone cord or through a phone that contained the program and appeared to innocently “charge” the phone, election officials and the public would never know that it ran a program that accessed the election data and altered the voting results.

3. Wireless Cards Built Into Dominion Voting Machine Motherboard

It has long been known that there are modems located in election voting machines. Dominion Voting Systems is just the first to boldly lie to their customers and more importantly to the American public while receiving the benefit of a complicitly ignorant court to make an example of its detractors and get away with it.

In 2020, Politico published an article about the voting machine company ES&S (Election Systems & Software). ES&S was rebuked by the federal agency over elections the Election Assistance Commission because they had deceptively marketed their voting machines to 89 clients indicating their voting machines with “embedded modems have been sanctioned by the EAC under its testing and certification program.”

The EAC agreed with the two election integrity groups and sent ES&S a letter in January indicating it was violating the EAC testing and certification program rules.

ES&S responded that it never meant to imply that the modem capability was certified, and said that regardless of what appears in the literature it always makes clear to states that the modem configuration is not EAC-approved. Nonetheless, the company agreed to remove all references to optional modems from its marketing documents.

 

But in a followup letter from the EAC on March 20, the commission indicated this was an insufficient remedy. It instructed the company to recall all misleading marketing materials already in circulation and to directly notify current and potential customers who received the “misrepresented information” that it had been inaccurate. It gave the company 15 days to do this.

 

“Failure to comply will result in the EAC publicly announcing that the voting system no longer complies with its original certification, and could include initiating decertification actions and/or suspension of manufacturer registration,” wrote Jerome Lovato, director of the EAC’s testing and certification program.

 

ES&S agreed to send a letter only to customers who use the DS200 with modems, informing them that the version is not EAC-certified, and to post a note to its customer portal advising the same. It indicated that the coronavirus could delay these efforts, though it would make “commercially reasonable efforts” to do this by April 15."

 

Election Commission Orders Top Voting Machine Vendor to Correct Misleading Claims” – Politico, Aug. 13, 2020

In 2021, it was reported during the Antrim County, Michigan case by the Matt Deperno team, the ES&S DS200 voting machines contained a Telit LE910-SV1 Modem Chip installed on its motherboard.

Modems and other wireless devices have been found to be either built into the motherboard or otherwise installed into the voting system. Whether reported by Politico or the New York Times, or alternative media, one factor that escapes the public is the amount of wireless devices built into the system. Unless the election official were tech knowledgeable and allowed access to inspect the machines, they would never detect one wireless device let alone multiples wireless devices. The question is, why so many?

Dominion Voting machines have also been found to have wireless devices. In 2022, the Mesa County Colorado Voting Systems: Forensic Examination and Analysis Report #2 showed there were 36 wireless devices found imbedded in the voting system.

The report found the Dominion Voting System may have lied had they ever claimed they could not connect to the internet and that their product “violates Voting System Standards (“VSS”) which expressly mandate prevention of the ability to “change calculated vote totals.” The investigators found the Dominion voting machine was “configured with 36 wireless devices which represent an extreme and unnecessary vulnerability, and which may be exploited to obtain unauthorized access from external devices, networks, and the Internet.” It should be noted that throughout the presentation by Mark Cook on Conservative Daily nothing in the Dominion Voting System acted to prevent further exploitation at deeper levels of the voting system.

Far more egregious than the actions enabled by the internal make-up of the voting machines is their ability to cover the digital tracks that, by federal and state law must be tracked, logged and retained for a statutorily predetermined amount of time.

An American Issue: The Corruption of Our Elections

Evidence of election corruption has been submitted to the American people in great stead since the rigged and stolen 2020 election took place. We have witnessed numerous ways to steal an election whether on the ground with ballot mills and traffic mules and unlawful get-out-the-vote funding or electronically by digital corruption and partisan courts and collusion, but the topic of election integrity gets the far-right slant due to the polarizing boost of the January 6th False Flag Riot. One of the underlying points that often goes moot in the MSM propaganda stream is that President Trump supporters showed up to Washington D.C. because the 2020 ELECTION WAS STOLEN. But the talking point falls back to focus on President Trump and all that matters is that his supporters were there, and he is right-wing, so they are right-wing.

In fact, both sides of the aisle favor the electronic voting machines. And both Democrats and Republicans should be concerned about the vulnerabilities of the voting machines. For one point, those found behind Dominion voting machines are individuals like Eric Coomer, CEO of the company who has openly supported Antifa and woke causes. Dominion voting systems has also had deep Democrat operatives like Marc Elias, with former Clinton ties, come to their defense. Conversely, Establishment Republicans support keeping voting machines in elections and deny any extensive election fraud could exploit the systems. In 2020, a left-of-center, never-Trumper by the name of Jennifer Cohn reported about the election voting system monopoly by the GOP via ES&S. An Establishment Republican organization known as the Council for National Policy had a founding member named Howard Ahmanson Jr. who contributed to the initial funding for ES&S (originally called AIS). She continues to report on the RINO funding organization to this day:

Counties Must Immediately Suspend Use of All Voting Machine Systems

The question of whether or not the 2020 or 2022 elections were rigged and stolen is not importance if one understands the severity of the situations enabled by the design of the voting system machines. Mark Cook delivers other means to manipulate the vote and reports on findings that could allow access to perpetrators both in the cyber realm and physically through the machines. The media has suppressed all stories, reports, investigations, proceedings, cases and hearings regarding election fraud and has championed election voting system manufacturers like Dominion Voting Systems. The courts have behaved curiously and, in some instances, contritely across these United States of America.

With the information presented on Conservative Daily, our knowledge of how pernicious the ability to exploit the voting machine systems we use in our elections today expanded and the topic resurfaces. It is being offered to Americans again to do something with this information. While diligent County Clerks may issue an emergency order suspending the use of electronic voting systems, we understand not many clerks are aware or onboard with any matter covered in this article, by Mr. Cook, or in any report previously issued regarding the vulnerabilities of electronic voting machines. We will have to educate our local election leaders on these findings and prompt them to suspend the use of the machines. Election officials, be they elected, appointed or hired, will not act unless they are prompted to and those prompting them to do so should be we, the people.

The Great 2022 Arizona Vote-Scam. The anticipated fiasco that was the 2022 midterm elections in Maricopa County, Arizona interesting enough is actually mirrored in various counties around America, but more on that later. For now, suffice it to say, the veracity at which rate the Establishment Election Engineering Machine performed and the expectation for Election Day vote-scamming was completely underestimated. While the Establishment heard the grassroots cry, complain and quip about the voting machines for the better part of two years, they opted to utilize these very same machines by engaging the largest voter suppression campaign against the grassroots ever seen, perhaps even since the days of Jim Crow himself! While that might sound dramatic, it is safe to say there is no telling if it’s hundreds or thousands of voters who didn’t get to vote or opted not to vote after waiting in line for hours in the hot Arizona sun. How many voters may feel uncertain about whether their vote counted? The people of Arizona showed up en masse on Election Day, November 8, 2022 to speak their voice, to lay that sacred document that is their vote into the ballot box (so to speak).

The act of voting as a God-given right is more significant than we give credit. While to say “God-given” may sound deductively radical, would it not be the same to say it’s a Human Right to some? It is a symbolic act. An act that tells those around you, and more importantly those elected to serve you, of your participation in this process of self-governance, a declaration in and of itself reflective of your free will and ability to have that free will. While to some it may be sad I feel compelled to define why we vote, I would like to emphasize that our vote IS all those things, but it’s also legally binding. An adulterated election means your vote does not matter, which ultimately means your freedom is an illusion–only as good as the paper it’s printed on.

How have we gotten to the point where Americans across these fifty are picking up the pieces of broken elections with opposition from the very servants designated to assist in service of the community? Have we blindly allowed our faith in elections to fall into harmful hands? Yes. We believed our allegedly elected, supposed representatives. We believed the process. We believed the media and what they told us. The corporate news media and their local affiliates. The ones who have been lying to us and embellishing reality and omitting–lying. The ones who laugh at us as they engineer the world.

They’ve been lying to us.

This whole time.

Nancy Pelosi once bragged about such tactics as the “Wrap Up Smear” that fast-balled smear campaigns from the courts to the press in half no-time and was the talk around the watercooler before it was talk around the dinner table. Quick and fast, before anyone has anytime to realize the smear is false, fabricated, fraud and gaslighting with a lot of gas, it has occurred at levels great enough to harm those they were lobbed at and give the advantage to the campaigner. In Arizona, a similar fast-ball tactic has been used. But to further this thought, the understanding and accepting that the local Arizona media was complicit in the theft of not just the Governor’s race, but several other crucial races down ballot. And as time has carried on are we finding that the courts, too have been complicit? Perhaps not. That would be wholly unrealistic to say. But so many aspects of the information shows activity worthy an investigation, if not at the very least acknowledgement, as the perpetrators have been caught on film and their own timeline criminalizes them.

In fact, much information has come to light in a time-released fashion as the Kari Lake election case has graduated from dismissal to appeal to dismissal to appeal. Even now the Lake legal team has announced that the case has now been filed for appeal in preparation to send to the US Supreme Court. Where whistleblowers have been denied their affirmation, the question of thousands of ballots being interjected into the count has gone unanswered, the alarming rate at which some signature verifiers worked and the satisfaction with any hollow consequences they may have faced, would any new information possibly stoke the ire of calling a foul election?

Consider two new pieces of information that have since been discovered. First, as above mentioned, a video has been released showing a group of individuals working in the Maricopa County Election Center on October 14 -18 breaking the seals on the electronic voting machines, removing the memory cards and inserting illegal memory cards. The group claims that they were testing the machines per standard election procedures. What makes the memory cards illegal is several things. 1) Any touching of the machines and testing must be made public declaration. In this instance, the Maricopa election team says they notified the public, but records show the public test that was announced actually took place on October 11th. 2) Early voting began October 12, but records show on October 14, 17 and 18 the Maricopa election team documented themselves illegally breaking the seals and swapping out the memory cards. 3) The memory cards were not the original memory cards used during public testing and the seals should never have been broken once the original testing had occurred. The next piece of information that casts a questionable light on the ethics and honesty of members of the Maricopa County local government is a response from OKI Printing Company to the Official 2022 Maricopa County Printing Malfunction Report presented to the courts in April. The report was very detailed, indeed. To the point that one would have to wonder if the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors are pros when it comes to printing machinery or extremely arrogant. OKI’s response is nothing short of damning in showing that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors never consulted anyone from personnel, reported non-facts about the company and the machines, and may never have even consulted the manuals themselves. Conversely, one would wonder if perhaps the people who perpetrated The Great Maricopa County Election Day Voting Machine Failure of 2022 DID in fact read the manual, and that’s how they knew how to overstress the machines and use printing paper beyond the machines capability on election day, and the reason they didn’t call OKI is because OKI would have corrected them instantly on election day or simply punch so many holes in their report it would be nowhere effective the lie that it is.

From OKI Response to Factual Errors in Maricopa County Elections Report:

While OKI will not provide a response to each issue raised in the report, we would like to respond to three specific statements which are factually inaccurate. We believe that all of these inaccuracies would have been avoided had the investigatory team simply contacted OKI in advance of the report’s release.

Factual Errors:

1. Page 24 – Fuser Replacement
   Report Statement, “The fuser inadequacy on some printers is not a problem easily remedied, as the fuser on the Oki B432 cannot be separately replaced.”
   
   OKI Response: The fuser for the B432 is in fact available for replacement and can be changed onsite by a printer technician. The printer itself does not need to be replaced in the event that the fuser fails.
2. Page 24 – Product Support Period
   Report Statement, “That problem [alleged inability to separately replace the fuser] is further exacerbated by the fact that the Oki B432 manufacturer, which has withdrawn from the North and  South American markets, has established December 31, 2025 as the end of life for these printers, after which repair parts and consumables will no longer be manufactured.
   
   OKI Response: Not only is the statement about fuser replacement inaccurate, the time horizon for service/support noted in the report is incorrect. OKI discontinued sales of OKI branded printers in March 2021. OKI will abide by our legal obligations to support printers in the field with consumables and spare parts for a minimum of (5) years after product discontinuation. In the specific case of the B432 model, OKI will continue to supply consumables and spare parts for this model through at least March 31, 2028.
3. Page 26 – Purported “Assurances” from the Manufacturer
   Report Statement, “Despite the assurances of the manufacturer, many of the Oki B432 printers were not capable of reliably printing 20-inch ballots on 100-pound paper under election-day conditions.”
   
   OKI Response: The investigation report relies heavily on another potential factual inaccuracy – that  is, that the OKI B432 printers were designed to work on 100 lb. paper – toconclude that the issues in the election were caused by equipment failure. While the B432 printer supports paper weights of up to 110 lb. text (162 g/m2) through the multipurpose tray, the maximum paper weight through the paper cassettes is 80 lb. text (120 g/m2). In addition, 100 lb. cover (271 g/m2) would be well out of spec for both the multipurpose tray and cassettes. Without clarification in the testing process that defines the exact paper type and the printing source (multipurpose tray or cassette), the conclusion is disingenuous given the fact that the use of 100 lb. paper can be out of specification for the B432 printers, as can be discerned readily from the printers’ manual. As a result, it seems that the true underlying cause of the election issues was the use of 100 lb. paper without reviewing the manual and/or confirming with OKI that such use was within the specifications of the OKI B432 printers. Had the County consulted OKI prior to such use, the design specifications would have been discussed and alternatives could have been explored.

Maricopa County has been caught breaking the law on camera. Maricopa County was asked to correct their factually incorrect report by the vendor of the printer. Kari Lake also said her team has additional video footage of the Maricopa County election crimes team caught in the act of rigging an election.

At the Defend America Rally on May 31st in Phoenix, Arizona, Kari Lake announced to hundreds of Arizonans she would be appealing Judge Thompson’s decision:

My attorneys just filed, in the past few minutes, hour or so, they just filed a Notice of Appeal to the Arizona Appellate Court. We saw what they did to the machines. We have the proof what they did to the machines. They rigged the machines to fail on Election Day when We the People showed up to cast our sacred vote, and until we get our government back, I’m not going to stop fighting."

However the next court may want to look at it, Maricopa County broke the law. The 2019 Elections Procedures Manual specifically states:

• The officer in charge of elections must substantially follow the L&A testing procedures applicable to the Secretary of State, except that ALL OF THE COUNTY’S DEPLOYABLE VOTING EQUIPMENT MUST BE TESTED.
• The Secretary of State’s Office must conduct its L&A tests, AFTER the officer in charge of elections has conducted COUNTY LEVEL TESTS whenever practicable.
• The officer in charge of elections must utilize the actual election program for Election Day (NOT A COPY).

• Physical security of the electronic voting systems Must be sealed with tamper resistant or tamper evident seals once programmed. The SEAL NUMBER MUST BE LOGGED as corresponding with particular voting equipment and the election media that has been sealed in the voting equipment.

Not only did the Maricopa County team break the seals and reprogram the memory cards to all 446 tabulators AFTER the election started without notifying the public, they also did not log the seal numbers for record of custody. They lied about it in their report, and they lied about it in court and the video evidence is damning. This is one of the most scandalous and apparent cases of vote fraud and vote-scamming ever caught on camera! If the judges do not see any criminality in this case, they must at the very least call for a total redo of the 2022 Maricopa County midterm election per stipulation of the plaintiff.
